Prior to forming Table Rock Group, Jerad was a co-founder and Partner of OFS Energy Fund where he was responsible for identifying and managing energy service private equity investments, supporting portfolio company management and general fund management. Prior to OFS, Jerad was a co-founding Partner of Dorado Energy Partners, a private equity fund formed in 2008 to invest in lower middle market energy service companies. Before Dorado, he was a Vice President at PPHB where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private-equity transactions for the energy service industry. Prior to PPHB, Jerad was an Associate at McFarland, Grossman & Company where he was involved in merchant banking and financial advisory assignments for lower middle market businesses. He serves on the University of Houston Board of Visitors. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance with honors from the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Prior to forming Table Rock Group, Scotty was a co-founding employee and Managing Director of OFS Energy Fund where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing new investments and supporting portfolio company initiatives. Prior to OFS, Scotty was a co-founding employee and Associate at Dorado Energy Partners, a private equity fund formed in 2008 to invest in lower middle market energy service companies. Before Dorado, Scotty was an Associate at PPHB where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and private-equity transactions for the energy service industry. Prior to PPHB, he was an Associate at Alvarez & Marsal where he was involved in economic damage evaluations, business interruption insurance claims and logistical planning and execution. Scotty serves on the Advisory Board of the Alley Theatre and is a member of the Houston Private Equity Association. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas.
Charlie is a Vice President at Table Rock Group where he assists in analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities and support of portfolio company oversight. He rejoined the team after leading the Finance organization of an oilfield services startup specializing in wellhead systems and frac rental equipment. In his role, Charlie played a key role on the management team in standing up mission critical corporate governance and spearheading numerous strategic initiatives spanning across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to scale the Company. Previously, he served as an Associate at OFS Energy Fund for 3 years and began his career as a consultant in Accenture’s Global M&A Strategy practice. Charlie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters in Professional Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
